Claremont Youth Symphony Orchestra

PROVIDING AFFORDABLE ORCHESTRAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH

COVID-19 UPDATE AS OF FEBRUARY 13, 2022:
We do not currently have a start date for in-person rehearsals; these plans are dependent on
the state of the pandemic and vaccination levels, the status of Pomona College and the Claremont Unified School District, and any mandates or recommendations that may come from the Governor or Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. The health and safety of our musicians, families, and audience members are our primary concern. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this rapidly changing environment. This website will be updated as more information becomes available.
Congratulations to the recipients of the 2021 CYSO Senior Scholarship!

She subsequently switched to viola and has been with CYSO's viola section for the past six years, during the last three of which she served as Principal Viola. She will be attending Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and is planning to major in Biology/Pre-Med.
