Developing Strings

• Proficient in first position; beginning to explore higher positions
• Comfortable with basic rhythms and key signatures up to 2 sharps/flats
• Emerging confidence in ensemble playing and following a conductor

ES is for students developing stronger technique, ensemble awareness, and reading ability.

New and returning students must audition every year for membership.

ES Rehearsal Schedule

ES rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in the William J. Huff Recital Hall at Claremont Community School of Music, 951 W. Foothill Blvd., Claremont, CA 91711. ES is grateful to Claremont Community School of Music for the use of its rehearsal facilities.
